1. How do I cancel my membership?

Even though I never want to see you go, I understand that sometimes you might have to cancel your membership. I do wantyou to come back and see me again, so here is where you need to go to cancel your membership:

2. What do I need to view LilyKoh.com?

For my site, you can see everything regardless of whether you are on a slower dial up connection or an ultra-fast Cable or DSL connection. The difference will be the time it takes to load and download photos and videos. I provide videos in multiple sizes, and you can choose what size is best for you.

3. What formats are videos in?

Videos are available in MP4 format. This format is fairly universal and will play with most media players. All videos are available to stream online or download to your computer. Videos are available:

  • 4K (3840x2160)
  • HD (1920x1080)
  • Mobile (960x540)

Not all videos are available in 4K. If you have problems viewing the videos, download the latest update for your web browser or preferred video player.

If you have problems viewing the videos, make sure you have the latest update of your media player.

4. How big are the photos?

When downloaded, my photos are 1200 pixels wide on the long side, so generally they are 800x1200. Depending on your screen resolution, monitor size, and browser, web display sizes may vary My pictures are optimized to show at the highest quality and with the fasting viewing time for you!

5. What web browser should I use to view the site?

Make sure you have the current versions of your preferred web browser. Chances are it will make your viewing experience faster and will cut down on the possibility of any problems.

6. Are there any streaming or download limits?

Downloads and streaming on the site are virtually unlimited for 99.9% of users. We do utilize bandwidth caps and simultaneous download limits on the website on a per-user, per-day basis to prevent aggressive downloading and content scraping on our sites. This is to ensure the content stays exclusive for members and to ensure malcious actors cannot affect the website performance.

While the actual bandwidth limit is not publically available, in our testing, 99.9% of users have never reached their daily limit for content. If you do happen to exceed your daily limit, a temporary block will be placed on your membership and you will be notified you have exceeded your daily limit. Multiple violations of this limit may result in the immediate cancelation of your subscription with no refund.

The use of download managers or other scraping techniques to try to circumvent the simultaneous download limit is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancelation of your subscription.
