1. Password / Login Problems:

My password doesn't work

a. Make sure you're entering your username and password exactly as it appears on your email reciept.
b. If you're still experiencing problems please email the support staff at support@lilykoh.com and we’ll get back to you
right away.

I don't know my password and/or username

a. Check your email that you used on the join form for your membership reciept.
b. Contact our support team at support@lilykoh.com.

 

2. Billing Concerns:

How do I cancel my membership?

a. If your membership is through Paycom please visit: http://www.billingsupport.com
b. If your membership is through GXBill, please visit: http://gxbill.com
c. If your membership is through CC Bill, please visit: http://support.ccbill.com
d. If you don't know which biller your membership is with or you have any other billing concerns please contact our
support staff at support@lilykoh.com.

 

3. System Requirements

a. You may view LilyKoh.com on any system, with any internet connection, on any internet browser. The site has been
tested and optimized for both Windows and Apple PC platforms,
b. Your connection speed will only affect your download times. Photos are optimized for minimal download time. There
are multiple video formats and sizes so you can choose the best one for your connection speed.
c. Videos are available to download or stream in Quicktime (version 7.0.x or higher), RealPlayer (version 10.0 or higher)
and Windows Media (version 9.0 or higher), in medium and large sizes. Each video is also available as a free download
for your iPod (.m4a format). You cannot stream the iPod file.

 

4. Technical Issues with Members Area

The photos show up as broken picture icons.

a. Try refreshing the page in your internet browser

a. Check your download speed and make sure the file has completely downloaded. Many video files are 30MB or more,
so if you have a slow connection speed, it may take a while for the video to start.
b. Make sure you have most recent version of your media player installed. For free updates, visit:
Windows Media Player
Real Player
Apple Quicktime
iPod
c. I can't seem to stream the videos in Firefox. Why?
Mozilla Firefox is known to have some issues with streaming files inside of its browser. You might notice it downloads the
entire file before it will play it. This can be fixed, but must be done on an individual basis. If you are not computer savvy,
we suggest you view the site through another web browser. However, if you would like instructions on how to adjust your
Firefox browser, you find them here. This link is provided as a helpful resource and is in no way associated with LilyKoh.com.
We cannot accept any responsibility for the consequences of individual surfers attempting to modify their web browsers.

The games do not load for me.

a. The games run on Macormedia Flash. Please make sure you have Flash Player 8 installed on your system.

 

I found a broken/missing link in the members area.
